Law Reviews

Law reviews are interpretation and analysis of case law by legal scholars. They're an excellent way to get an introduction to a legal topic, and find related cases in that topic.  Law reviews typically include:

  • Extensive background information
  • Terminology related to the topic
  • Comments on the socioeconomic context of the case
  • Possible impact on future court decisions

They also include a bibliography and notes, which will direct you to relevant case law and statutes.
