Faculty/Staff: How to Apply

Courtesy Cards for an Entire Class

Faculty interested in obtaining UW Courtesy Cards for their entire class are required to inform the Oscar Rennebohm Library at least ONE week in advance of their visit.  Each student should follow the above procedure for obtaining their courtesy cards, giving UW Madison libraries at least three business days to process their cards. Students will get an email when their cards are ready to be picked up at the Memorial Library.

UW Madison Class Tours

Faculty interested in bringing their classes to tour UW are required to submit the date/time of visit and number of students to Julie Wendt (wendt@edgewood.edu or 608-663-3301) one week prior to visit. We will forward the information to the UW Circulation Supervisor. Faculty must meet their students at the front desk to be processed in.

If you are scheduling a tour of a specific area faculty will also need to contact that department to set up the tour.

If there are any questions, please contact Nathan Dowd, Library Director: (608) 663-2837 or email.
