Electronic Course Reserve Policy

The Oscar Rennebohm Library provides online course reserve services to support teaching activities at the College.

Electronic Reserves allow students and faculty access to online materials from the comfort of their own computer or anywhere on campus. It is easy to link to web pages or online articles in the library's databases. The ERes system works well with Blackboard, making it easy to integrate reserve readings into a course website.

Submitting materials

Items to be posted in electronic reserves MUST be owned either by the Oscar Rennebohm Library or the requesting faculty. Details can be found in the reserve readings copyright guidelines, which must be followed.

Should copyright clearance be warranted, the library will pay for the associated costs. However, if copyright clearance is denied, the library will be unable to post the material.
