How do I use the UW Libraries?
Before you visit the UW Campus, make sure your Edgewood College ID has a date sticker showing that you are currently enrolled or employed at Edgewood. Date stickers are available at the Technology Assistance Center (in the library) or at the Deming Way front desk.
To obtain your free UW Courtesy Card, go to the Card Application Window in the entry area of the Memorial Library (at Lake and State Streets on the UW campus). Explain that you are an Edgewood student, faculty or staff and you would like to apply for a Courtesy Card through Edgewood's reciprocal agreement.
Courtesy cards are only available during certain hours. Check the Memorial Library's hours of public services for library cards and guest passes, or call the Memorial Library circulation desk at 262-3343.
If you would like to borrow materials, be sure and mention that at the desk. If you are there to only use resources in the library (and not check anything out) they will issue a day pass and not a courtesy card.
